Sit on the front porch and enjoy the peace of the mountains and let the stress just melt away.
Enjoy the delicious apples that are abundant on the property during the fall or just wait for the deer and wild turkey to come down the mountain to eat them!
Cane River is right at the end of the street where you can cast your fishing line or find a deep spot to take a dip.
Burnsville is centrally located and nearby attractions are Asheville’s Biltmore House, Grandfather Mountain, Mt. Mitchell, Penland School of Crafts, Wolf Laurel Ski Resort, French Broad white water rafting, Linville Falls, Blue Ridge Parkway, Hot Springs and many more area attractions all less than an hour away.
There are over 100 miles of hiking trails and plenty of trails to explore by bicycle, motorcycle or car.
You will find that you do not have to travel at all to enjoy natural beauty, easy pace and a taste of well preserved mountain life that Burnsville offers. The town square has a variety of art and craft shops, toy store, hardware stores, clothing store, shoe store and many other shops. There are a variety of restaurants and grocery shopping options.
